12/05/12 - Last week remained fairly settled, although rainfall at the end of the week did lead to rising river levels. It was one of the best weeks so far this year in the district however, with almost 100 fish reported and a good number of salmon in the 20lbs+ bracket. Read more... |

Savills Malloch Trophy awarded on the night of a successful Dalmore Tay Dram launch. With almost all the catch returns in it is clear that 2010 saw the best autumn catches on the Tay since 1996. Over 11,500 salmon and grilse are likely to have been caught in the year, the second highest catch of any British river in the year. Read more....... |
